Hi there!
I'm quite new to OpenFOAM - I run several tutorials and just a few simple computations. I understand the case system and the types of file necessary to the computation, but I don't know actually how to write them on my own - especially because in most cases I don't know which kind of parameters the solver needs and what they do mean.

I'd like to simulate the variation of temperature in a tissue (to begin with, I think a simple homogeneous tissue - so that specific heat and all the other properties are constant - will be ok) , but I don't know where to start

I guess I need to use something like buoyantSimpleFoam as a simulator, but nothing more than this.

Can someone help me?
