Hi Dear Foamers,

I am simulatiing a gas-liquid flow inside a channel. The liquid goes to inside from “Inlet”, the gas is injected by “cathode” through the channel, as well.

The liquid velocity is 0.2 m/s and gas velocity is 1 mm/s. But, when I examine velocity results in paraview, there are some cells that their velocity values are 123 m/s!!!

Does any body knows what problem exist in my case?

P. S: The velocity contour has been attached in this post.

I managed to correct that.

It was related to my mesh generation. I performed a finer mesh in critical zone and it became correct.
