Im trying to set up an Openfoam case and got this fatal error, prefvalue/prefcell not set. Why is this so and how and where to set the value as I cant find this variable under 0, system directories? Thanks

I believe it's in your system/fvSolution file, at the bottom usually. It's in a sub-heading that depends on the solver. If your solver uses the PISO algorithm, it'll be in the "PISO" heading. E.g.:

PISO
{
    nCorrectors     2;
    nNonOrthogonalCorrectors 0;
    pRefCell        0;
    pRefValue       0;
}
