Best Book to Accompany OpenFOAM

Hello OF Users,

I have been using OF for a little while now and am looking to learn more about CFD theory and dive into the coding of the applications. I have been watching the lectures and doing the exercises for ME702 class at Boston University

And I am now looking for a good text book to purchase. I have read through the list of books and the comments on the cfd-online website and have sort of narrowed it down to the following three:

H.K. Versteeg and W. Malalasekera
John David Anderson
Joel H. Ferziger and Milovan Peric

My question is which book would go best with OF? It doesn't need to be limited to the three here, I was just using them as a starting point.

FOAM has the nomenclature similar to Ferziger. Versteeg is good for understanding. I don't know the second one.

Prof. Jasak's PhD Thesis (which is available online for free) would be also a good reading to better understand how OpenFOAM works (there you can find descriptions of most of the numerics and discretization practices used in OF).

maybe it is old stuff for you.
But I think "MSc/PhD course in CFD with OpenSource software" by Håkan Nilsson from Chalmers http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kurser/OS_CFD_2010/ http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kurser/OS_CFD_2011
and the Openfoam Workshop trainings are worth mentioning.
