Cs variation (i.e. Ck & Ce variation) in smagorinsky model

Dear friends i am doing LES simulation for flow over a flat point and want to predict transition point using incompressible LES smagorinsky model. And i want to vary Cs based on local Rex. Can i get some idea how to implement this thing into code. do i need to modify source code files smagirinsky.H & smagirinsky.C. Is the any literature available regarding source code modification. like my case.

I m new to C++ bu i will learn it if requires...plz help me on this. Thanks in advance... kindly waiting for reply
