I am working on a project, I have to design a race car and want to know what I need to learn before I set up a simulation on openFOAM.
I have modeled it on inventor, is it as easy as importing it onto openFOAM and setting a wind direction and velocity or is it much more?

PS. I am an engineering student but am not actually studying CFD yet (not till another 3 years) but this would really help with the project so I need to learn the basics.

Thank you in advance.
