Map fields from coarser to finer mesh
 

Hi,

i have two identical geometries, one with coarser mesh and the other one with a finer mesh. The mesh is structured and the finer case has been constructed using refineMesh utility. I would like to map the initial condition on field "alpha1" (interFoam solver) from the coarser mesh to the finer mesh in order to get exactly the same initial condition for both simulations. Is this possibile?.

ps i used an external software to generate the initial alpha1 field in the coarser case and this software is no longer available for me. The initial condition is not triavial and i cannot reproduce it using setField or funkySetField.

Ok, i did not notice that there was an exhaustive paragraph on the user guide about how to use mapField for consistent geometries.
Now i solved it.
