OpenFOAM Stuttgart
 

I was wondering if anything ever came of the user's group in Stuttgart? A couple of colleagues working at the Uni Stuttgart and myself have started using OpenFOAM and are interested in collaboration and participation in the user's group if it exists...

Thanks for the extend-project tip, that seems to be going right in the direction we are looking for. Nice for noobs like us to know that there are many users already in the region.

the 5th OF (and another) Stammtisch was hosted at IHS http://www.ihs.uni-stuttgart.de/391.html?L=1 some of the stuff at IHS also works with OF
There is a mailing list that informs about the coming Stammtisch events.
The next Stammtisch is a "United" Stammtisch of (north, south, middle) Germany taking place in Oldenburg together with the first "Wind Symposium"

Thanks for the tip, I sent Ivana a message hoping to get on the mailing list.
Will try to attend the next OF Germany Stammtisch it seems like there are many advanced OF users in S Germany, good to know.
