How to start openFOAM?

I want to start to learn OpenFOAM. Can you generously tell me about the way yhat you think is useful and effective.
Moreover, could anybody tell me how to find the OpenFOAM source.

Just go through the OpenFoam User Guide and programmer's guide to get small idea about OpenFoam. Depending upon your case there are lot of tutorials are available in the internet. A small knowledge in C++ is sufficient to understand the source code of the openFoam.
