Since the new OF221 was release, the following page has been updated:

But I still want use the corresponding page for OF211. Could you please where I can find the above original webpage corresponding to OF211? Thank you in advance.

You'll have to build it for yourself. The following instructions are a bit outdated but should still work with OpenFOAM 2.1.1: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/blo...m-2-0-0-x.html
