Proper b.c. for kOmega model to resolve the boundary layers
 
Hi,

I understand that the k-omega turbulence model implemented in OpenFOAM
is standard high Reynolds-number type designed to use with y+>30 mesh(Wilcox1988)[1].

Question
Is it possible to use this "k-omega(Wilcox1988)" model to resolve the boundary layers with y+<1 mesh?
If so, what are the proper boundary conditions?
or
Do I have to modify the k-omega model itself(Wilcox2006-LRN)[1]?
