solver for shearless mixing layer

Default solver for shearless mixing layer

im working on shearless mixing layers.
it is homogenous spanwise. so i created 2d domain.
two flows of same velocity( of order 6m/s) but different turbulent intensity will mix.
so can i use simpleFoam solver for this?
