OpenFoam 2.1 layerAdditionRemoval dynamic mesh
 

Hi OpenFoam users,

I am using OpenFoam 2.1, but it does not have the old tutorial "movingConeTopo". Can someone please upload the case here or any case that uses layerAdditionRemoval dynamic meshing? Also, do I have to compile the layerAdditionRemoval.C in order for it to work in OF2.1? Thank you very much.
