Default problem in identification mesh region with cartesianMesh

In CFMESH, and in particular using cartesianMesh, there is something equivalent to locationInMesh similar to snappy?

The geometry I'm working on could be ambiguous (have a look to the picture) and the algorithm mesh the wrong part!!!
