Anyone could tell me " red boxes" in directory dependency graph on http://www.openfoam.org/docs/cpp/ (Files) stand for? ( means they are "important" directory?)

thank you in advance,
wen

Doxygen manual says:
Quote:
If the number of nodes in a graph becomes larger than this value, doxygen will truncate the graph, which is visualized by representing a node as a red box.
You can notice that if you click on a red box, you'll see further dependencies deeper in the graph.
