MRFInterFoam

Dear all,
I have big problems in running a simulation using MRFInterFoam 2.3.0.
Actually the tutorial works fine, also by converting it in 3D.
The problem is that if I use a different geometry but with the same settings, I'm not able to run the simulation getting following error:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Continuity error cannot be removed by adjusting the outflow.
Please check the velocity boundary conditions and/or run potentialFoam to initialise the outflow.

All the U BC are fixedValue (0 0 0).
By changing one of the p_rgh BC from zeroGradient to fixexValue 0 it works but it make no sense! At least I'm not able to understand where the problem is.

Regards
F.

PS: attached an example in which the mixtureVessel 3D tutorial works if no additional geometry is snapped in, while it gives problems if the additional geometry flange is introduces.

To run the tutorial

./makemesh
transformPoints -tanslate '(0 0 -0.01)'
snappyHexMesh -overwrite
setFields
MRFInterFoam
