Vortex Shedding in a 2D cylinder Using buoyantBoussinesqPimpleFoam

Hello,
I am trying to monitor laminar vortex shedding frequency in a 2D cylinder using buoyantBoussinesqPimpleFoam for Re=100, Ri=0.0, Pr=1 but I am not able to get any shedding in fact Courant number rises suddenly to higher values. But when i tried the same problem using pimpleFoam for same condition without considering temperature and buoyancy I am able to get perfect vortex shedding. Please guide me to overcome this problem. Thanks. |
