Hi All,
I noticed there is a small difference about the density calculation in rhoPimpleFoam and fireFoam solvers: For rhoPimpleFoam, in pEqn.H, density is updated before and after solving the pressure equations: rho = thermo.rho(); And then in the file rhoPimpleFoam.C, after the turbulence is updated turbulence->correct(), the density will not be caluclated in this current time loop. For fireFoam, in pEqn.H, rho = thermo.rho() is enfored before the pressure Poison equation is solved. However, after the pressure in pEq.H, no density update. And then calculate turbulence in fireFoam.C, after that the density is calculated in that source file. I not know the reason why this changed was made. Can anybody say something about this problem? Thank you! H |
