boby New Member boris brangeon Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 3 Rep Power: 17	Hi, I don't understand how to create the BC, with OpenFOAM, at the inlet level of the open channel? outlet \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| left \| \|right \| \| \| \| \| \| inlet INLET : $\frac{\partial w}{\partial z}=0, u=0 , \Theta=0 , Pm=-0.5U^{2}$ RIGHT(black) : adiabatic; $\Theta=0$ LEFT : (red=hot) $\frac{\partial \Theta}{\partial x}=-1, u=w=0 ,\frac{\partial Pm}{\partial x}=0$ OUTLET : $-\frac{\partial u}{\partial x}=\frac{\partial w}{\partial z}=0, \frac{\partial \Theta}{\partial z}=0 , Pm=0$ Thank you .
