problem when running icoFoam on a complex shape flow field

Hi,

I am asking a question about running icoFoam on a complex shaped 3D flow field(I sHM it ). when I run icoFoam on the case, I got the following information

#0 Foam::error::printStack(Foam::Ostream&) in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/lib/linuxGccDPOpt/libOpenFOAM.so"
#1 Foam::sigFpe::sigFpeHandler(int) in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/lib/linuxGccDPOpt/libOpenFOAM.so"
#2 Uninterpreted: [0xb7ffe400]
#3 Foam::PBiCG::solve(Foam::Field<double>&, Foam::Field<double> const&, unsigned char) const in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/lib/linuxGccDPOpt/libOpenFOAM.so"
#4 Foam::fvMatrix<Foam::Vector<double> >::solve(Foam::Istream&) in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/applications/bin/linuxGccDPOpt/icoFoam"
#5 Foam::lduMatrix::solverPerformance Foam::solve<Foam::Vector<double> >(Foam::tmp<Foam::fvMatrix<Foam::Vector<double> > > const&) in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/applications/bin/linuxGccDPOpt/icoFoam"
#6 main in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/applications/bin/linuxGccDPOpt/icoFoam"
#7 __libc_start_main in "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6"
#8 _start in "/home/xhw/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.5/applications/bin/linuxGccDPOpt/icoFoam"
Floating point exception

To keep the courant number <=1 , I defined the deltaT=0.005 according to velocity , cell size , But the courant number becomes
Courant Number mean: 1.15107e+98 max: 1.04117e+102
when T=0.08

the attachment is the case files

Anybody can give me some hints? Thank you very much for any help.
