settlingFoam error in openFoam 1.6.x
 

Hi friends,
when I tried to test my settlingFoam case in OF1.6 , I could complete the run successfully but the results (post processing) are very bad,
I have attached the files, can anyone please guide me as to where I have went wrong,
since I am not getting any error message I am not able to find my error to correct them,

can anyone please check my inputs(if I am wrong with boundary and their input types) and help me,

My zip file is big than valid size,
not able to attach my files :(,

does anyone have gone through this problem,
