Hi,

could someone give any idea how to solve or obviate the following faeture of Openfoam?

" Multiple Material meshes are not permitted. If multiple fluid material exist, they will be converted into a single OpenFoam mesh; if a solid region is detected , the converter will attempt to filter it out "

I had this problem , when i tried to convert the mesh using fluentMeshToFoam.

Thank you in advance
Please Help!

use fluent3DMeshToFoam, it automatically detects multiple fluid regions and writes the cellZones files in the polyMesh dictionary.

After doing that use splitMeshRegions -cellZones, which will create the new directory 0.001 in which mesh for multiple region kept in different directories.
