Dear Foamers,
I want to implement a transient boundary conditions (time depended inlet (p,U and T come from a real test) ) I'm using timeVaryingUniformFixedValue but i don't see how to define my internalField (uniform, nonuniform or what?) Any idea please?! Best regards. |

Hi,
you can do both. It is possible to start the calculation with uniform initial fields. But another good procedure is to start the transient calculation from the results of a stationary calculation, so you have nonuniform intital fields. Regards Chrisi |

As for your internalField that does not matter so much because it will be adjusted according to your BC's during the simulation. Hope I've unswered your question. Ciao |
