Hello FOAMERS,

I am wondering if anyone has tried solving chemistry after solving transport equations for lets say 20 time steps.

My problem is multi-phase reative flow solver. I have modified version of coalChemistryFoam. I want to solve particle and gas phase for lets say 20 time-steps and then wish to solve gas-phase chemistry after I evaluate the transfer and source terms for momentum and species conservation equations.

I can switch of chemistry from the chemistryReader for 20 time-steps and then re-start to solve for chemistry. But this would be very big manual work for case with long transient simulations.

Thanks,
Nir
