hi Foamers

i am simulating a 2-D case using sonicFoam solver in OF.1.6
but when i convert the mesh file with .msh extension to OF using 'fluentMeshtoFoam' command, it is extruding 8.9 mm in Z direction but i require only 1 mm.

how can i do this.

regards

Hi,

At the line 983 of fluentMeshToFoam.L, 2-dimensional mesh extruded into 3-d.
zOffset is restricted in 0.01*bounding Box size of 2-d mesh.
So you should modify this in the file and make your custom mesh converter.
