If choosing the hollowConeInjector, it requires input for inner and outerAngle in the sprayProperties.
The default value is 0 for both, so what does this mean? Does it follow the semi-emipirical tan(theta/2)=c(sqrt(rho(amb)/rho(fuel) -.0046 .....) shown by Siebers or Naber or in some other way.
