Library syntax from Doxygen, how?

As somebody with far too little knowledge of C++, I feel like a bit of an idiot to be asking this question, but will ask anyway. How do you determine what the syntax of a library is supposed to be from the Doxygen documentation?

Let me give an example: in the dynamicMeshDict, I want to change to a different type of diffusivity for the velocityComponentLaplacian solver. If the dic just contains "diffusivity" without arguments, the error listing will tell you what types of diffusivity are valid, but crucially, it doesn't tell you what further arguments you need to specify. So where do you find the template of what the syntax is supposed to look like?
