Hello Foamusers,
I want to simulate a valve flow with the solver rhoSimpleFoam in OpenFOAm. But always meet with an error. the error figure is in attachment.
And the OpenFOAM files can be found under the following link:
http://www.youzihui.com/klaus_upload/valve.tar.gz

Can someone help me to check it?
thanks a lot.

Hi
I went through your case and since your are solving compressible case so you may not specify a fixed value of pressure at the outlet.

Change it to something more relevant like zeroGradient or inletOutlet and then run your case.

Basically this error comes when somewhere division by zero is occurring.
