two phase, particle particle interection

Hello Friends..

I am new user with OpenFOAM. I want to simulate the particle particle interaction in different medium when voltage is applied across.
the geometry is: the two sphere particles are inside the cube. the voltage applied at two opposite side of cube. Problem is: how to make the sphere geometry in the cube? and how to define the constant parameter and boundary condition for two different phase? sphere particles are in air or any gas. hence, the conductivity and other constant properties are different for particles and fluid. So, current distribution is not uniform in the computational domain because of the different conductivity. So, how I have to difine the boundary condition?

Any one can give suggestion?

Kind Regards
Alvora
