a question about moving mesh

Hi everyone,

I want to simulate a braking process of a wheel using OpenFoam.
The first step I want do, is to let the wheel rotate with a konstant angular velocity. And then give a electromageneticfield to create a loreze force and stop the wheel.
My problem is how can I use the dynamicMeshDict to make the wheel rotate.
I have search the information about the rotating mesh on Internet. But most of them are related to turbine, which have two part: a rotor and a stator. And they use the slidingInterface or GGI. But in my case I only have a wheel, so it should be easier than the turbine.
Does anyone have idea, how to make a wheel rotate in OpenFOAM?

Thanks in advance
