Hello

I realize diffrents calcul with OpenFoam on hulll of ship and I have a problem of "Exception en point flottant (core dumped)".

Have you got a solution?

Which version of OF and which solver are you using ?
I need more details about the flow and the properties of you mesh to help you.
Will help if you can post a checkMesh and your 0 and System Folder

Hi Foameres,

I need a help. I'a running a turbDymFoam on OF 1.5 and the simulation stops because of Courant Number max: 141.84163.

Courant Number mean: 0.0032354185 max: 141.84163 velocity magnitude: 86683250
deltaT = 9.8152931e-09
GGI pair (GGI_INT, GGI_EXT) : 3.4097586e+09 3.3529672e+09 Diff = -56791406 or 1.665555 %
Time = 4.68963e-05

Initializing the GGI interpolator between master/shadow patches: GGI_INT/GGI_EXT
Evaluation of GGI weighting factors:
Largest slave weighting factor correction : 0.00022623882 average: 0.00014960287
Largest master weighting factor correction: 4.4408921e-16 average: 7.3303187e-17
