How to install Sundials on OF 1.5-dev?

Hello, OldKid, nice to meet you.
My friend came across problems while installing Sundails, seems like following:
Entering Cvode directory,
./configure
make
Then error occurred like this:

make[]: entering directory...

make[]: nothing to be done for 'lib_without_bl'

make[]: leaving directory...


make install
Then error like this:
make :***[install] Error 1

All in all, my friend can't go on any further with sundial-2.3.0.tar.gz and cvode.tar.gz.
