Hi every one
Can any body tell me why "makeAxialMesh" does not work in OF1.7.0?
Is there an other utility like it in OF1.7.0?
Any help will be appreciated

What does "not work" mean? Which version are you using? (the version for 1.5 in the SVN is the most up-to-date version and it works for 1.7.x for me)

I use 1.7.1 and 1.7.0 but I got:
"makeAxialMesh: command not found"

I recompiled it. But when I was using it I got this error:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::length_error'
what(): basic_string::_S_create
Aborted

Can any one help me?

I have seen that in the past. Usually it is a sign of a compiler mismatch (the compiler used to compile MAM substantially differes from the one used to compile OpenFOAM)

do u use the system compiler or openFoam compiler? you can choose compiler in
etc/settings.sh

I used OpenFOAM compiler. But the problem did not solved. The OpenFOAM compiler is the compiler that OpenFOAM had been compiled with it, isn't it? If I am true, there is no compiler mismatch. So, what is the problem?
