turbulent flow

hi everyone
i want to know when a turbulent flow becomes fully development turbulent flow in channels ?
can you help me ?

The same way you tell a flow is fully developed in real life: when the cross channel velocity profile stops changing as you move down the channel. You'll either need to sample the velocity field at different channel lengths and compare them.

Hi macro

Hi macro
1-i read in a paper , at 30-35 times hydrolic diameter in a channel and after a time , the turbulent flow becomes fully developed , am i wrong ?
2-how can i show diagram velocity ?
3-i dont understand what you say , what time after run 5,10 or 20 or 30 or more seconds ?
