Mesh conversion exits prematurely (Salome to OF)

Hello all,

I am trying to set up a simulation for two-phase mixing. I imported a .step to Salome where I separated my initial fluid regions. I then meshed the geometry and created all necessary volume and face groups. From Salome, I exported a unv file and attempted to convert said .unv to OF format using the "ideasUnvToFoam" script. The conversion works properly in the initial stages and the terminal highlights that the conversion picks up my groups. During the following conversion step, the terminal displays a sequence of numbers (assuming elements are being listed) before I get the following notification and the converter exits:

From function HashTable<T, Key, Hash>::operator[](const Key&)
in file /home/opencfd/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.7.x/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/HashTableI.H at line 110.

Can anyone shed light on what is going on here?

Thanks
Dan

UPDATE: I did some troubleshooting and discovered that the grouped volumes I had created in Salome were causing the error.
