How can i solve orifice flow with OpenFOAM?

Hi guys,

I' d like to solve a simple orifice 2D geometry with OpenFoam.
The boundary conditions that i will use are pressure inlet and outlet and wall.
The geometry and the mesh are prepared by Gambit that will be imported
to OpenFOAM.
The working gas is argon.
I will use DSMC method to solve this flow.

There are four available tutorials about DSMC that will help me how to use this solver.
In order to determine the boundary conditions and the gas properties what are the most useful tutorials?
Could you help me to solve it?

Thanks a lot,
spk
