I need a solver for piezoelectric material
is there this solver ?
I am so thankful if anyone can help me about this solver

You'll have to code the solver yourself. From my understanding of solid mechanics and solid state physics (which is now 5 years old and hasn't been used in any of that time), solidDisplacementFoam is your best starting point. Have a particular look at the optional Temperature field coupling, as you'll need to solve for both the stress field and the electric field strength.
