Hi,

I'm using Star-CD and wants to visualize my results in ParaView, can all formates of Star-CD results support ParaView.

In which formate of Star-CD results should be to get open in paraView?

STAR-CD software from CD-adapco is used for industrial CFD simulation. All versions of STAR-CD products (STAR-CD 3.x, STAR-CD 4, and CCM+) export to the EnSight format directly, i.e. an option is provided in the product to output data into EnSight Case format.

ParaView is able to open EnSight cases, although not all formats.

If that doesn't work, then:

1. Go to Star-CD and check which file export options it has.
2. Then start ParaView, go to the menu "File -> Open" and in the drop-down menu below where it says "Files of type", click on the "Support files" drop-down menu and compare with the list you got from Star-CD
