Slicing with .stl surface
 

Hi,
Is it possible to slice an unstructured grid with a .stl surface imported into paraview? The .stl surface is 3D and very complex and cannot be approximated with a plane or box or anything else. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Did you make any progress on this?

I have a similar problem, so I would be very interested in your solution..
