[General] Export mesh to .vtk -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

fm3d New Member Join Date: Feb 2013 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Hello, I have a polygonal surfaces in ParaView, where I applied color to it, by applying Object Inspector>Display tab>SetSolidColor. When exporting this mesh to .vtk with SaveData and reloading it in a new Paraview session the color I had applied is not displayed. I know the .vtk format is able to store color. How can I store a color which 'stays' with my mesh? Can anyone point me to a solution? Thank you, fm3d
