selecting and analyzing a region

Hi

I have performed a 2D simulation in the region:

0<x<14 , 0<y<1.5

I want to present my results in the following region:

0<x<8 , 0<y<1.5

What should I do for that?

As for your question, have you tried the filter "Clip"? There is an option to use a "Box" as "Clip Type", which you can constrain to meet your needs: http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaVie...f_filters#Clip
