Having difficulties in plotting data on surface boundaries

Hello,
I work with an in house cfd code and I use paraview for post-processing. When I read data in paraview the information on the boundaries is displayed correctly. That is, I can see the boundary imposed Dirichlet values. However, when I want to plot cell values along a given direction, the boundary values do not show in the plot ( using either plot over line , or the plot data filters ). By using the extract cells by region filter I can successfully isolate the boundaries and plot the boundary cell values along the geometry surface which are displayed correctly. To be clear, the problem is that when I plot the values along a given direction which includes both boundaries and inner domain, the boundary value does not show in the plot. This means that in the attached image, the cell values on both ends of the line are not shown. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to display them correctly? *** The boundary information is there as I can see it on surfaces. Thanks in advance |
