Hello,everyone, As a new learner of PHOENICS,I have one problem to slove.After I edit the Q1 file in VR_EDITOR, the software can't run sucessfully. Even after I load a example file from the libraries,the software still can't run successfully, the image of convengence graph only appear a few second,then it stop working.And the LUOUT file tells me it's a normal stop.I don't know the reason and how to solve the problem. To unlock PHOENICS,first,yoy should insert your dongle properly. Then,you can change the right ID number in CONFIG file. At last,you can test the software by some examples of the libraries.

Try increasing the number of seeps in the calculation. This should get around the problem.

Thanks for your help.Accoring to your revelation,I can run examples successfully. And I also find if I change the CHAM file and set pace to on, the convengence graph also can keep for a while until I end the calculation.

However,I still have a question. That's to say I can't run my model successfully.After I edit the Q1 file in VR_EDITOR, the software can't begin to calculate.The screen tells me that Eardat has been read for IRUN=1 LIBREF=302,Error stop reached check data.

I don't know why and how to slove it.

1- try to restart your pc first and then try again.

2- if this don't help then delete the Q1 in D_priv and open phoenics again, he will make an empty Q1 file automatically.
