Computations around a cylinder -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Himadri Chattopadhyay Guest Posts: n/a	Suppose I position a cylinder in a rectangular domain. I do not go for BFC and grids are generated thru' VR Editor. Now the cylinder is at a fixed temperature. I want to compute Nusselt number/ temperature gradient around this object. How can I proceed? Even at the first step, i.e. is to identify the grid indices around the cylinder-seems to be difficult.
