how to build the grid
 

my problem is: the domain structure is a cylinder which is rotated in high speed.

inlet is on one end of the cylinder which is on the axle center.

outlet is on the other end of the cylinder but it is not on the axle.

inlet & outlet is rotate with the domain cylinder.

how to build this grid, how to define the boundary condition. who can help me and give some suggesion.
