Grid generation

Is it possible to generate structured grids for helical type of baffle in a pipe? Is BFC only solution?What kind of grid generation software package is suitable for this, which can have interface with PHOENICS?

My understanding is that it is possible to do this with a structured grid. Look uo PARSOL - I know it has been enhanced i V3.4 and under review for v3.5. This method works out how to handle objects that only occupy part of a cell.

From the VR Editor - GEoGrid interfases with phoenics.

Sorry I cant be more specfic, but with all things in CFD the devil is in the detail.
