Default no-slip BC?

Can anyone give me a hint about how to set a no-slip boundary condition using PIL or VR Editor. I tried to switch off EGWF but PHOENICS always add a PATCH to the solid surfaces with wall functions (GRND2). Is it possible to tell PHOENICS not to add any wall function at a wall when using a two-layer k-e model? Please help!
