Default Defining New Variables

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am trying to define a new variable that flows through a demain at steady flow, but increases with time and temperature (this variable has no mass though). How could I set this up in PHOENICS? I am thinking that I can define an extra variable and then add a source term which is a function of temperature, is this possible? Any suggestions would be helpful

Thanks
