hi all,

I'm using a bfc that i imported from geogrid. The problem is that the flow is changing direction with the slope of the grid. how do i prevent this? thanks

1/ Make a simple but representative grid with similar slope. Make this using the PHOENICS BFC not gridgeo and set up to run a flow across the grid, does the problem happen then?

If its not that there is something wrong with your grid then perhaps its false diffusional effects or something you could try some higher order schemes. But its more likely something is wrong with the setup or grid?
