Have I lost the opportunity with v3.5 to use a 'user set' vector scaling factor?

According to POLIS for v3.5, the command

SET VEC[TOR] REF[ERENCE] <value>

is still active.

In VR-> Settings->vector options->scaling factor

I was looking in the handset along with the contour scaling factors.

just right click the vector toggle.
